How competitive is this weekly meetup? I'm about ten years out of shape, but am looking for something to whip me back into shape. Will I be beat down by a bunch of young bucks?
Pickup sounds exactly like what you need. Plenty of younger athletic guys to run with and a few of the older guys enjoying their twilight years of ultimate.
Are you guys still playing Ultimate during the week, either under lights or indoors? I'm going to be in town Monday through Wednesday this coming week and might be interested in picking up somewhere.
